What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies depending on what type of bottle you require.
Please ask your account handler to check for you.
What does the price include?
Whether you are provided with a price list or a bespoke quote, the price will include labels and delivery but not VAT.
How can I pay?
Once you have decided on the type of water you want, your account handler will send you a pro-forma invoice for payment.
You can either pay by Credit card, Debit card or BACS by clicking on the link at the bottom of the invoice.
How can I design my label?
You have 2 options.
1 – Ask for a template to design your own artwork
2 – For a charge of £75 you can use our experienced in-house design department to help you.
You receive a design proof for approval and the opportunity to amend anything you are not happy with.
What needs to be on the label?
Trading standards have rules about what needs to be on the label.
Please ask your account handler for the latest information required.
When will I receive my water?
There is an approximate lead time for promotional water of 3 weeks from receipt of artwork and payment.
We can normally deliver wholesale water within 3-5 working days.
You will be contacted nearer the time to arrange a delivery date that suits you.
What if I need a regular water order?
If you need a weekly or fortnightly water delivery we can arrange a water schedule to suit your needs. This makes the process much easier as you don’t need to re-order each time you need a delivery. We can also pre-order 6 months-worth of labels for you which keeps the price down.
